Walking Netball
Walking Netball is a fun, social and accessible way to stay active while enjoying a sport you love. It’s suitable for all abilities, whether you’re returning to netball after many years, completely new to the game, or simply looking for a fun way to exercise.

Sessions are designed to help improve fitness, coordination, balance, mobility and confidence, while providing a great opportunity to meet new people and enjoy being part of a team.

What to expect at a session

Expect a relaxed and welcoming session where fun comes first! We’ll start with a gentle warm-up before practising some netball skills and taking part in modified, walking-paced games. There’s no running, and activities can be adapted to suit different abilities and fitness levels.

Most importantly, come along to have fun, get active, meet people and enjoy playing netball in a friendly, supportive environment.
