Jess is an outstanding swimming teacher. Our son was suffering from severe anxiety in his swimming group, to the point that we thought he would have to stop swimming altogether. We decided to try him with 1:1 sessions in a last bid to get him to learn to swim and, ever since he has had Jess as his swim teacher, he hasn't looked back. He loves swimming and adores Jess. He has come so far with his swimming in a relatively short space of time and we owe it all to Jess. She is patient, flexible, fun and an excellent teacher. We cannot recommend her enough.

Having been to previous Pilates classes, I have been impressed with the way Jessica firstly demonstrates and then very clearly instructs both the breathing and movement elements of the exercise. She takes us through to the appropriate levels, giving alternatives for those with individual needs and difficulties, ensuring a safe environment for all. My core strength, stability and posture are all areas that have improved. The classes are relaxed, fun and enjoyable!

I came to Jessica’s Pilates class as a complete beginner and her instruction and encouragement have proved to be excellent. Jessica explains and demonstrates the Pilates moves in a straightforward way that makes it easy to get the hang of what you’re supposed to be doing. I have always felt completely comfortable in the classes and I really enjoy them. We can all work at our own level without feeling awkward and I’m glad to say that they have done me a lot of good too! Pilates is one of those things that I have been meaning to do for many years and Jessica’s class has been the ideal introduction to it.
